World's Fair Memorabilia To Be Sold At Online Auction Ending March 3

Worldsfairauction.com is pleased to announce its 36th auction will have 373 lots from 35 different fairs dating from 1851 to 1984. The online auction contains items for all levels of collectors, from beginners to advanced. Exceptional medals will include a rare set of five medals in the original box from the 1873 Vienna World’s Fair. There will be award medals from the 1851 Crystal Palace and 1901 Pan-American Exposition along with scores of medals from other fairs. The auction also features a child’s puzzle from the 1893 Columbian Exposition and a fireman’s patch from the 1964 New York World’s Fair. Various types of souvenirs are also being offered, including match safes, celluloid buttons, ribbons, women’s items, games, china, glass, ephemera, postcards, paperweights, pins, badges, fobs, playing cards, elongated coins, and many other types of items from each of the fairs.
The catalog is available online. The auction will end at 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, March 3, with a 10-minute per lot timer that will start if bids are placed after 9:50 p.m. and reset every time a bid is placed until that lot closes.
